Welcome to KING POS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KING POS mobile applications, web portals, point-of-sale software, cloud synchronization, and related digital services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by KING POS ("we", "us", or "our").

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, installing the KING POS application, or accessing any part of our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or commercial retail store, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2 Description of Services

KING POS provides a retail management and point of sale platform offering:

Offline-first mobile and desktop Point of Sale (POS) checkout operations.
Automated real-time and scheduled cloud database synchronization.
Inventory management, stock tracking, barcode scanning, and multi-store management.
Customer ledger, credit limits, receivables, and supplier purchase orders.
Sales analytics, tax calculations, and electronic receipt / invoice generation.

3 User Accounts & Security

To use KING POS, you must create an account directly with your email or via third-party OAuth (e.g. Google Sign-In). You agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and restrict access to authorized staff members only.

4 Subscriptions, Plans & Payments

KING POS offers free tiers as well as premium subscription plans with advanced features (e.g. multi-store operations, unlimited products, dedicated cloud backups). All fees are clearly displayed on our Pricing Page.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
You may cancel or upgrade your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.

5 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including:

Using the platform for illegal commercial transactions or fraudulent invoicing.
Attempting to probe, scan, or breach the security of our cloud infrastructure or reverse engineer proprietary source code.
Reselling or sublicensing the Service to third parties without prior written authorization.

6 Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, software designs, UI interfaces, database architectures, and logos associated with KING POS are the exclusive intellectual property of KING POS. You retain full and exclusive ownership of all business records, inventory catalogs, and customer data uploaded to your store.

7 Limitation of Liability & Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime and provide offline-first capability so your cashier counter never stops during internet outages, KING POS is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from hardware failures, network interruptions, or tax calculation errors made by your staff.

8 Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive activities.
